Our franchise program offers easy setup, continuous support, and a proven business model to help you create a successful thrift and consignment store.
INTRODUCTION
An overview of the Indy Clover franchise opportunity including expectations, available locations, costs and reception of the Franchise
DISCOVERY DAY
A potential franchisee will travel to our flagship store in Lindon, Utah to tour the space and get a feel for our brand.
SITE SELECTION
You'll submit a store location within your approved territory for our approval. If you need a real estate agent we would be happy to refer you one.
PURCHASE
After your location is approved, you will sign the Purchase Agreement and pay the franchise fee and other initial fees.
ON-SITE TRAINING & ONBOARDING
This is a chance for you to come to our corporate store in Lindon, put on the uniform and get hands on experience from the team.
BUILD OUT
You will begin physical construction and start the build-out of your Indy Clover store including all necessary paperwork and permits.
INVENTORY
Prior to opening your store you will place an initial order of inventory from Indy Clover. This inventory will complete your build out.
GRAND OPENING
Hooray! It is your LUCKY day. You are now open for business and can open your doors to thrifters in your market.
Indy Clover Franchisee Requirements
We are looking for amazing owners & operators to run their franchise. This includes time in the store managing employees, hopping on social media to promote their store’s inventory and maintaining a quality experience for your sellers, customers and partners. If you are looking for a passive investment, this opportunity is not for you.
